How to calculate your credit affodabilty score

Consumers are under attack from two competing messages pushed by credit providers telling them how easy it will be to afford things if they apply for a loan or other forms of credit, and  financial advisers telling them to get out of debt quickly.

The personal credit score sheet is design to help economically active people to check their credit health status. Improving your credit affordability score is one way of creating or maintaining a healthy cash-flow lifestyle. The more you are able to afford a  loan or credit, the more you do not need it, the easier it becomes to get out of debt.
Debt is not the enemy. Credit is an enabler, it helps people afford the things they need, such as a house, a car or an education. All you have to do is stay within your affordability means. Do not use credit or apply for loans to buy the things you do not need or to live the lifestyle you could not afford otherwise on your current monthly income.
